In order
that this
office can
issue an
FM3, which
accredits
you as
visitor to
attend to
the federal
electoral
process
2005-2006,
you must
fulfill the
following
requirements:
-
Passport
valid
for at
least
six
months
from the
date of
entry
with
photocopies
of the
pages
where
the
personal
details
and
holder's
photograph
are
found.
-
Application
visa and
form,
duly
completed.
-
Three
recent
(less
than 30
days as
of the
date of
application)
equal
passport
size
frontal
photographs
and two
right
profile
photographs,
without
glasses,
uncovered
head and
white
background.
-
Letter
issued
by the
Federal
Electoral
Institute
accrediting
you as
visitor
interested
in
attending
to the
2005-2006
Mexican
Federal
Electoral
Process.
-
Payment
of
Consular
Fees.
Processing
time
Two
working days
after
handing in
the
aforementioned
documentation,
in a
complete and
satisfactory
manner.
